弊社とのお取引は、フランチャイズ契約ではなく「卸売契約」の形式で締結いたします。 Our partnership with your company will be formalized as a "Wholesale Agreement," not a franchise agreement.

お取引条件 Terms of Trade

【お支払いについて】原則として保証金（未払い発生時に充当する担保金）をお預かりいたします。販売数量は保証金で補填できる範囲内に制限し、保証金のご準備が難しい場合は代金前払い等でご対応いたします。 [Payment] In principle, we require a security deposit (funds applied against any unpaid balance). Sales volume is limited to what the deposit can cover. If a deposit is not feasible, advance payment or an equivalent arrangement will be used instead.

【販促物について】店頭・広告等で使用する販促物は、事前に弊社の承認が必要です。また、実物の販促物（POP、陳列什器等）の制作費用は別途ご負担いただきます。 [Promotional Materials] All promotional materials used in-store or in advertising require our prior approval. Production costs for physical promotional materials (POP displays, fixtures, etc.) are billed separately.
